3 ½ cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1 ¼ cups yellow cornmeal
Pour water and salt into a large
saucepan. Bring to boil and slowly add the cornmeal ¼ cup at a
time, stirring constantly. Turn heat down and continue stirring
until the mixture thickens. Spoon into bowls and top with
butter, sprinkle of nutmeg, and some molasses.
